If you’re looking for something to do this weekend I highly recommend the Dublin Flea. It’s on the last Sunday of every month (so this Sunday!) and I try to go each month. Last month I bought a vintage mustard blazer (it’s amazing) and a cosy red cardigan. The month before I bought two summer dresses and a beautiful giant glass jar. It’s hard to leave empty handed there is always plenty of bargains to be had.
The weekend, however, I will be selling and not buying. Or, em, trying not to buy too much. Rich and I are trying to lighten our individual loads before we head away in November. It can be hard to let go but it’s just one of those things that has to be done. So if you’re in the market for some super cheap vintage, second hand, barely worn and completely new clothes for guys and girls as well as some stuff that would probably be classified as ‘bric-a-brac’ then come on down and say hello!
There will also be coffee, pastries, falafel, boxes of vinyl, live music and giant jenga. What else would you rather be doing on a Sunday afternoon sure?
Click here for the event page. The Flea is open from 11–5 in Newmarket, Dublin 8 and I’ll be there smiling and hopefully selling all afternoon. I can’t wait to see you!
