I was promoted to Design Lead in March 2024, this was a natural next step in my time at EY Ireland. My job is to support, uplift and challenge both the EY brand and our talented team of designers. My role is multi-faceted; from concepting to critiquing, organising, hands-on-tools designing as well as big-picture-pitching to our wide range of stakeholders – no two days are the same. I excel at managing multiple campaigns, business-as-usual requests and deliverables at once.
